杨鸿泰,博士(后),副教授,硕士生导师。本科毕业于山东大学,硕士与博士毕业于美国田纳西大学(University of Tennessee),香港大学博士后。致力于交通大数据、智慧城市、出行信息隐私保护、城市空中交通等方向研究。主持国家自然科学基金、中国博士后基金、四川省国际科技创新合作项目、成都市科技局项目、CCF-腾讯犀牛鸟基金、国家重点实验室开放课题与横向项目多项。担任中国地理学会行为地理专业委员会委员,SCI期刊Transportation Research RecordJournal of Advanced Transportation学术编辑,安全科学领域T1级期刊《中国安全科学学报》青年编委。入选西南交通大学青苗计划学者,获评优秀研究生论文指导老师,四川省海外高层次人才。在IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation SystemsTransportation Research Part A/D/FJournal of Transport GeographyApplied Geography等交通与地理领域国际主流期刊发表论文数十篇,其中2篇入选ESI热点论文,6篇入选ESI高被引论文,谷歌学术论文引用量1900余次,西南交通大学ESI社会科学学者贡献度全校排名第五。获中国智能交通协会科学技术奖、2023数字交通与智慧出行学术论坛优秀论文一等奖、2022年第12届空间综合人文学与社会科学论坛优秀论文一等奖、2021ICTIS会议最佳论文奖。获批多项国家发明专利。

教学方面获西南交通大学第七届青年教师讲课比赛一等奖,主持中国交通教育研究会交通教育科学研究课题,以及本科生与研究生教改项目多项,指导学生参加第十一届中国大学生服务外包创新创业大赛荣获西部赛区A类一等奖,指导研究生多次获得国家奖学金与优秀毕业论文。
