♣ 教师简介
刘军，博士，英国Ulster大学Reader (准教授)，西南交通大学特聘短期到校工作人才(海外高水平大学副教授)
作为主持或主研究人员参加了中国、比利时、西班牙和英国在智能系统的非经典逻辑及其推理方法，信息挖掘和融合，基于知识基的智能决策支持系统及其应用等领域的10余项研究项目。不同类型项目合计超过2百万英镑，其中包括5项欧共体(EU)，3项工业合作项目，2项英国研究基金项目，10多项国际研究合作项目。刘军教授还是欧共体ERASMUS-Mundus欧洲大学和拉丁美洲大学合作项目奥斯特大学主持人。从2005年起, 先后获得5个英国与西班牙大学之间的国际研究合作项目，2个英国与墨西哥大学之间的国际研究合作项目，是英方主持人；参2项中国自然科学基金与英国皇家协会国际交流项目；他参与多项西南交大国家自然科学基金项目，并且是目前1项在研自然科学基金项目主研人之一，是西南交大国家地方可信性自动验证工程实验室国际联合单位奥斯特大学的支持人。
刘军教授先后在国际杂志,国际编著及国际会议发表论文160余篇（其中第一作者50余篇; 国际杂志SCI检索文章80余篇; H-index目前为28 (ISI Web of Science)和34(Google Scholar); i10-index为78 (Google Scholar)，出版著作4部。他目前是IEEE Transaction on Fuzzy Systems杂志（影响因子8.759）和Knowledge-Based Systems杂志（影响因子5.101）的副主编（Associate Editor）（2020年1月起），也是International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems杂志（影响因子2.15）的区域执行编辑（Area Editor）（2007年起）, 也是Information Fusion 杂志(影响因子10.716)，Journal of Universal Computer Science 杂志(2007年起, SCI检索，影响因子1.06), Journal of The Franklin Institute (影响因子3.653, 2007-2014), International Journal of Knowledge and Systems Science 和International Journal of Nuclear Governance Economy and Ecology (IJNG2E)的编委（Editor）。他曾担任了International Journal of Approximate Reasoning, Information Science， Information Fusion， Journal of Ambient Intelligence and Humanized Computing， 以及Journal of Universal Computer Science杂志特刊的客座编辑, 他还是10余个SCI检索国际杂志的注册审稿人。
